Alguien me puede ayudar con esto? Alguien tiene alguna herramienta para remover este virus o por lo menos sabe donde puedo conseguirla???

BUENO, primero hay que saber de donde provino el virus, puede ser del mensajero instantaneo, de descargas, o de otra fuente.

Lo mas recomendable es que uses un antivirus como el NORTON, ya si no puedes, formatea tu maquina.
